I drink this every night in hot water. It helps me relax and go to sleep quickly. I am also waking less in the night and able to get back to sleep fast if I do wake. My mood seemed pretty instantly improved after I started taking this as well.

This Lemonade has become one of my favorite parts of my nighttime routine. When sipped slowly, it brings a pleasurable sense of calm that helps me drift right to sleep. Only giving it four stars because it's kind of flavorless. I wish it came in more flavors! But I usually mix it with my favorite peach-mango electrolytes + a squeeze of fresh lemon, and it's delicious! Give it a try!

I am not a fan of taking pills, so this alternative for getting all the good stuff of magnesium is perfect. I enjoy drinking it about 30 mins to an hour before bed & my sleep has drastically improved. It’s not as tart as a traditional lemonade if you’re concerned about the flavor. Tastes more like a ‘watered-down’ lemonade which works for me!
