How do I Use my Genius Rewards Points?

Do you ship to PO Box and APO (Military) Adressess?

For all orders shipping to a PO Box or APO address, please choose either Free Shipping or USPS Priority Mail only. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes nor military addresses. Our fulfillment team will select an alternative shipping method when an address contains a PO Box and UPS shipping services are selected. 

Do you ship to Canada and Internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. If your country is not available in the Country/Region list at checkout, we do not ship to your country at this time.

How do I cancel my subscription if I forgot to do it before an order?

You can make changes to your order up to 24 hours before it is processed. If your order has already shipped, you can refuse the delivery, and a refund will be issued once the package is returned to us.

How do Genius Rewards points work?

Genius Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points for purchases and other activities on the Natural Stacks website. These points can be redeemed for discount coupons to be used on your next order.

How do I earn Genius Points?

Join the program by clicking on the brain icon on our website. you earn points for different activities on the website. For example, you’ll earn 200 points for joining, 5 points for every $1 spent, and extra points for actions like leaving reviews, referrals, or following on social media.

How do I Use my Genius Rewards Points?

Can My Genius Points be used for a subscription?

Genius Points cannot be used on subscription orders.

Do Genius Points expire?

Yes. Genius Points expire on a rolling 365-day basis if there is no points activity on your account. This means points will expire if they are not used or if there is no earning or redeeming activity within 1 year. To keep your points active, simply continue earning or redeeming rewards within that period.

Can I combine points with coupon codes?

No, Genius Rewards coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes. Only one discount can be applied per order.

How can I check my points balance?

You can check your Genius Points balance by signing into your account and clicking the brain icon on our website homepage. This will show your current points and available rewards.

Returns

Is there a money back gaurantee?

Yes! All orders purchased through NaturalStacks.com are backed by our 30-day 100% money back guarantee from the date of purchase. No shipping costs will be refunded. If in the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact support@naturalstacks.com and we will process your eligibility for a refund. Any additional bottles must be returned unopened for a refund (shipping & handling charges are not refundable).

How long does it take to get a refund for a returned order?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm a rejected delivery. (shipping & handling charges are not refundable).

Can I return a product I didn’t like?

Yes. Return unopened items through your order page or by contacting support. Once received, we will process your refund promptly. (shipping & handling charges are not refundable).

Can I exchange a product instead of a refund?

Yes. Contact support to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Shipping fees may apply as well as difference in product price.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Contact support at support@naturalstacks.com immediately with a photo of the product and we'll get back to you promptly.

How do I reject a delivery to get a refund?

Refuse the package with the carrier. Once returned to us, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. (shipping & handling charges are not refundable).

Can I return opened bottles?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, and your first opened product can be returned within that period. However, additional opened bottles of the same product are not eligible for a refund. Please contact support at support@naturalstacks.com first to start the return process.

How do I know if my return has been received?

We will send an email confirmation once your return arrives at our fulfillment center.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 8 a.m. PT (10 a.m. CT; 11 a.m. ET) on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after 8 a.m. PT will ship the following business day. Occasionally, processing times may vary based on peak product availability and special promotions.

Do you ship to hotels or Vacation Rentals?

We strongly recommend against shipping to hotels, vacation rentals, or other temporary addresses, as we cannot guarantee delivery timelines to these locations. Delays, early arrivals, or missed deliveries may result in lost or unclaimed packages.        

Please note: If a package is not returned to sender due to a missed delivery, refusal, or unpaid customs duties, we may be unable to issue a refund.  

Do you ship to PO Box and APO (Military) Adressess?

For all orders shipping to a PO Box or APO address, please choose either Free Shipping or USPS Priority Mail only. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes nor military addresses. When shipping to a military address, use the recipient’s full name and rank and DO NOT include city or country name. Must also include the unit/CMR/PSC number, the APO/FPO/DPO box number, the APO/FPO/DPO designation, the AA/AE/AP region and Zip Code.

Why don't you ship to Australia or New Zealand?

Our Australian distribution is handled by Natural Stacks Australia. All of your favorite Natural Stacks products can be purchased at NaturalStacks.com.au.  

My package says delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please check around your delivery area and with anyone in your household. If it hasn’t arrived within 48 hours, please reach out to support@naturalstacks.com        

My address is incorrect and I just received a confirmation email

Contact support immediately at support@naturalstacks.com to update the address before your order ships. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or make changes to it. Please contact the carrier.

What should I do if my international order is delayed in customs?

Customs delays are outside our control. Contact the carrier or your local customs office for updates. We monitor shipments and will assist if packages are returned.        

Can I have my order delivered on a specific date?

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping times vary. For subscriptions, you can schedule delivery frequency but not a specific day.

Are your products allergen-free?

Yes, we confirm that our products are formulated to be free from the nine major U.S. allergens, which includes (but is not limited to) dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and sesame.

Why didn’t I feel improvement from Dopamine Brain Food?

Why does MagTech list 200 mg of magnesium if it contains over 2000 mg of magnesium compounds?

Each serving (3 capsules) of MagTech contains 200 mg of elemental magnesium. The Supplement Facts panel lists elemental magnesium, not the total weight of the magnesium compounds.

For transparency, we also show the actual weights of each type of magnesium:

Magnesium L-Threonate (Magtein®) → 72 mg
Magnesium Glycinate → 80.7 mg
Magnesium Taurate → 47.3 mg

All three forms are chelated (bound to amino acids) for high bioavailability.

Can children take your supplements?

Dietary supplements are not reviewed and approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).  Natural Stacks LLC.'s products are over the counter dietary supplements and do not require FDA approval. However, each supplement is subject to rigorous quality testing and is manufactured and packaged in FDA registered facilities.

Why do you discontinue products?

Products are discontinued based on demand, ingredient availability, or formula improvements. We always aim to provide better and more effective formulations.
