I was formerly using Natural Calm, but stopped after discovering it was found to be contaminated with unacceptably high levels of heavy metals. MagTech tastes great and I sleep like a stone where I would often wake during the course of the night. It doesn't fizz which is another plus in my book.

Hello, Yes, I do enjoy this magnesium for a few different reasons. One is I know it's very high quality. Two it seems to make me feel more alert and relaxed and I sleep better when i take it at night.
I feel great overall and my body is grateful for the energy and relaxation as a result but I also know that it's good for me and good for my brain. What more can i say? It's a fabulous product!

I have noticed that my attention span is a bit better, not so much squirrel now which is pretty nice. I have also been sleeping better. It feels like the magnesium is enhancing my sleep in the evening along with the melatonin. I don't like that this stuff smells like lemon but there's no real lemon flavor to it and after mixing it and drinking the majority of the mixture with water I end up having to add a little more water and swirling my shaker cup to mix the remaining amount of the magnesium with the little bit of water. Otherwise I really do like this stuff but may end up getting the capsules next time unless they truly do get a good lemon flavor in the mixture.
