Improve Your Mood & Reduce Stress Naturally

Your brain needs the right nutrients to produce optimal amounts of Serotonin. It's hard to get all this from diet alone. Give your brain a boost with our all-natural formula, Serotonin Brain Food™, for a positive mood.

Ever wake up on the wrong side of the bed...for a month straight? Or feel overwhelm and stressed on a daily basis??
If your mood or negative emotions are stopping you from getting more out of life and doing the things you love, then this may be the most important thing you ever read!
The truth is day to day and hour to hour our feelings can swing from good to bad.
It's totally normal.
What's not normal... is when your off days outnumber your good days.
An off-day is when your brain is foggy, your mood is gloomy and your motivation levels are low.
That feeling of your brain being on or being off is controlled by Serotonin, one of the four key neurotransmitters in your brain.
Serotonin is responsible for your entire emotional state.
When your Serotonin levels are healthy and balanced, that's exactly how you will feel!
Elevated Serotonin levels make you feel happy, excited and optimistic about the future.
But if your Serotonin levels are low (deficient), then you may be more anxious, sad, or moody than usual.
First however it's important to understand Serotonin's role in your body and what low levels look like.
Let's get started...

Normal Serotonin Levels are like a Knight Standing guard.
The Knight takes his duties very seriously.
He is not going to let sadness, stress, worry or panic get to you and interrupt your day.
When your Serotonin Levels are high:
- You feel brighter, happier, and have more energy during the day
- You feel lighter and care-free, like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders
- Your mood is balanced, keeping you smiley and bubbly for hours
Serotonin is the great mood equalizer, protecting you from disturbances in your emotional well-being.

When you're deficient in Serotonin, the Knight is no longer on guard duty.
The armor is off, and he's left vulnerable to problems like worry, panic, and stress.
Without that level of protection, your mood can be wrecked by even the most trivial setback or stressful event.
Low Serotonin can lead to things like:
- Little joy or happiness from your favorite activities
- Sweet and starchy food cravings or increased appetite
- Persistent feelings of being overwhelmed, often for no reason at all
- Laziness and low motivation (aka being a couch potato)
Leading researchers also now believe that Serotonin is a key predictor of a wide range of negative emotional issues.

When You're Low Serotonin...

Growing up, there was nothing I loved more than going fishing with my dad. It's a special, irreplaceable feeling being out there in the wild away from everyone and everything. The smell of the air, the sound of the river, all while you're focused on finding the fish.
As soon as I could, I bought a canoe of my own and now I go out every chance that I get. It's funny even as I write this... I'm getting excited just thinking about it!
Big catch, no catch, it doesn't matter to me... I love the experience.
But for a long time, there was nothing I or anyone else could do to bring me to go fishing.
I had just torn my ACL / MCL playing football in college. Surgery and recovery were different back then, so there was no chance I would ever play again. I took the news in stride, I wasn't going to play pro anyway and always knew that one-day football would end.
If anything I was excited...
With football over, I finally had time to focus on all of the other things I loved like completing my education, catching up with friends and spending time traveling.
It didn't work like that though. I still went through my day to day as normal, but it was a constant state of fog and low motivation.
Friends would try to cheer me up or take me out, but my response was always kind of like "meh".
For six months... I just stopped doing everything that I love.
I want to take a moment to pause the story If you're still here, thinking about the activities or hobbies that you stopped doing.
These things used to bring you immense joy and happiness, but for some unknown reason you cannot bring yourself to do them or your love for them seems lost...
That this is the number one sign of low serotonin.
If you can't find joy doing what you love, then something is wrong.
Something is imbalanced, and it starts with your neurotransmitters.
And the answer... is Serotonin Brain Food.
Just read Allison's story.

After my trial run, I became a huge believer in what Serotonin Brain Food can do.

I've spent my whole life overcoming a wide range of eating and mood problems. I can remember moments where I felt like something in my brain was off and I wasn't in control.
It's not surprising to me now that the research is exploring the link between your neurotransmitters and body.
Thankfully I'm much better now!
However, it is still common for me to over eat and feel those “tugs” to revert back to my old lifestyle as a stress response.
That's why I was so excited to try Serotonin Brain Food.
My first trial of Serotonin Brain Food was a self-imposed 30-day run.
I took three capsules each morning on my way to the gym to teach a 6am bootcamp.
Instead of the usual heart-racing, sweating anxiety bursts I was used to feeling, it seemed much easier for me to step back and analyze a situation rationally.
My tendency to reach for chips or chocolate in times of stress also became less frequent!

Throughout the month I was able to stay calm, cool and collected. I went above and beyond the demands of my rigorous schedule.

After that trial run, I became a huge believer in what Serotonin Brain Food can do.
Right now it's the one supplement I keep in my bag at all times. Now I use it a day-to-day basis whenever things get hectic or crazier than normal.
As an entrepreneur, some days require big picture work… which can get scary for a type-A person.
But taking Serotonin Brain Food allows me to step away from those voices and the overwhelm that comes from looking at an enormous to-do list.
I’m allowed to breathe, think of the overall goal, and strategize calmly.
On top of all that this product has helped me with, I love that it only contains the natural earth-grown ingredients to help your body produce serotonin on its own.
There's no gross chemicals or synthetics.
When friends ask me about the product, I tell them it's just like taking protein powder to naturally help your body build muscle and recover.
Serotonin Brain Food works the same way.
I rave about this stuff to my friends and HIGHLY encourage anyone who feels like they need to get ahold of overwhelm, the daily challenges of life and even unhealthy cravings to give Serotonin Brain Food a shot.
- Allison Wojtowecz

It's common to think that aging "aka the senior slowdown" is the reason why our neurotransmitters drop.
That automatically, when we get older, we just stop getting joy and happiness out of life.
I'm sure you can think of one or two people who fit this description. I sure can!
However, this is just not true.
No matter what stage of life you are in, you can restore your Serotonin naturally and get back that crucial element of balance in your mood and motivation.
In fact, the changes will be immediate.
Serotonin may be the most important neurotransmitter we have.
There are a few factors that drastically decrease our Serotonin levels.

Prolonged periods of work can deplete Serotonin levels.

Our fast paced, fast food society greatly contributes to these imbalances.
Sometimes our bodies and minds just can't keep up.
One of the most common symptoms of low Serotonin is high cortisol- the "stress hormone."
Cortisol has some important functions, like helping you wake up in the morning or activating the fight-or-flight response in dangerous situations.
But too much of this chemical will put your entire body into a severe state of stress.
Whether it's from financial concerns, health worries, or relationship problems, stressful emotional states increase cortisol to troubling - even dangerous levels.
Cortisol is the master stress hormone.
When it becomes elevated we feel the misery of emotional stress.
It also affects us physically as well, disrupting our metabolism, our sleep, our organ function, almost every process in the whole body.
So it's no wonder that people who suffer with mood problems commonly have high cortisol levels.
This is because cortisol uses many of the same raw materials needed to make Serotonin.
Instead of using these limited building blocks to make the feel-good neurotransmitter Serotonin, the body switches gears, hoarding those valuable materials to instead make more of the feel-bad hormone cortisol.
Too much stress can stop Serotonin production dead in its tracks, robbing you of your mood and ability to fight off all that stress.

Did you know that 90% of the Serotonin in your body is made in the gut?
Even though Serotonin is a "brain chemical," the vast majority of this neurotransmitter is actually made deep within your gut microbiome.
The gut microbiome is home to millions of helpful microbes that, when working correctly, produce 10x more serotonin than your brain does.
Unfortunately, when we're not eating the foods we should be, or we're suffering from prolonged stress (emotional OR physical), our gut is often the first place where things start to go wrong.
Too much stress, a poor diet, or other negative lifestyle habits can cause gut dysfunction.
This ruins your gut bacteria's ability to make Serotonin properly.
It sounds strange, I know, but when we keep our gut happy by managing our emotional well-being and giving it the nutrients it needs to thrive, Serotonin production skyrockets and feeling our best becomes easier than ever before.

The Secret to Boosting Serotonin (works at any age)

The secret is CO-FACTORS.

CO-FACTORS are vitamins and minerals for your brain.
Your brain needs food just like any other organ in your body.
By providing the body with the right co-factors we can give the brain all the tools it needs to maximize Serotonin production.
Imagine you're going to design and build your own home.
First, you design the structure, mapping out the dimensions, and brainstorming materials, laying the foundation and beginning to build. To do this you'll need a wide variety of tools to get the job done right.
Each tool serves a purpose, whether it's the paper you'll use to draft the first blueprint, or that final nail you'll lay into the siding with your hammer.
Having a fully-stocked toolkit is the most important thing to make your dream house into a reality.
In order to make Serotonin naturally, you must give your body a complete toolkit to work with.
One that contains all the raw building blocks--the CO FACTORS--to make sure Serotonin can be created, balanced, and sustained for hours on end.
The brain is one of the most complex organs in the body, but thanks to leading neuroscience experts, we know how to build the most complete natural toolkit to help your brain make the neurotransmitters you need to feel happier, more positive, and stress-free.
For the first time ever, let me introduce you to the only formula in the world containing the best natural CO-FACTORS designed to help your body naturally boost Serotonin...

How Serotonin Brain Food Works

Step #1 - RELAX FAST with Super Ingredient Rhodiola Rosea

The formula starts with Rhodiola Rosea, an adaptogenic herb.

It has been used for centuries in Ancient Medicine.
Adaptogens, like Rhodiola Rosea, are natural herbs that work with your body and help them adapt to challenging situations.
The active compounds in Rhodiola are salidroside and a class of bioactive molecules called rosavins.
Just look at the research below comparing Rhodiola to placebo in condition related fatigue tests.

Step 2 - Eliminate Toxins with Magnesium Glycinate

Magnesium Glycinate is a rich source of glycine, an amino acid that promotes deep sleep and the elimination of toxins from the body.
One study from 2012 found that magnesium glycinate before bedtime "improved fatigue, liveliness and peppiness, and clear-headedness" the next day. [6]
Magnesium Glycinate unlocks the deep, restorative sleep you need to wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and energized for a brand new day.

Step 3 - Begin Natural Serotonin Synthesis with L-Tryptophan

L-Trytophan is an essential amino acid and the most important nutrient the body needs for serotonin synthesis.
One study found that tryptophan supplementation increased serotonin levels significantly.
This left subjects feeling "decreased quarrelsomeness and increased agreeableness in everyday life."
Less anger and more likable? These two qualities are definitely linked to a better mood.

Step 4 - Serotonin Metabolism and Production with Vitamin B3 and Zinc Glycinate

Vitamin B3 is a necessary cofactor for Serotonin production.
Not only does it lend support to optimize Serotonin metabolism, but studies have shown that Vitamin B3 supplementation increases levels of NAD+.
NAD+ being the super enzyme that reduces oxidative stress and has potent anti-aging effects on your body's mitochondria -- the tiny energy-making powerhouses that live in every cell in the body.
Zinc Glycinate is the final ingredient in the Serotonin Brain Food™ formula.
Not only is this mineral a crucial cofactor to help enhance Serotonin production, but it also has a wide variety of health benefits like improved cognition, mood, and well-being, not to mention it's important role in immune health.

Natural Stacks - An Award Winning Company Thousands Trust

You're going to have to excuse me, but I'm going to brag for a second.

The mission that I set out on, to help people live better lives through improved brain performance is working.
Just take a look at our customer map!

And honestly friend... this photo was taken a few years ago. The software we used broke because there were too many orders!

This much is clear:
People need natural brain products that work.
Natural Stacks is a company that they can trust.

How We Made It Happen

Between you and I... the supplement industry as a whole is broken.

There's no real regulation or oversight. Many companies have gotten into a lot of trouble by putting profits before people.
At Natural Stacks I wanted to do something different. To change the game completely.
And we have done just that with our core principles.

Core Principle #1 - Unrivaled Transparency

A lot of companies use a "proprietary formula" on their product label.

At Natural Stacks all of our formulas are open-source.
Here's why we are against proprietary formulas:

Even a PhD from Harvard wouldn't help you understand what's in that formula.

Because of this "proprietary formula" the amount of each ingredient is not listed. Who know's what's really in it?
At Natural Stacks we believe, "It's your right to know exactly what you're putting into your body."
Now compare that to the label for Serotonin Brain Food.
Isn't it simple and easy to understand?
We don't stop with the label though... we go a step further to provide you full ingredient traceability for every single supplement.

Not only do you know how much of each ingredient you're getting but also exactly where it came from.
Instead of "farm-to-table" we give you... "farm-to-supplement".

Core Principle #2 - Unrivaled Quality

You can really feel the quality of each Natural Stacks supplement after taking it, thousands of reviews show that.
A lot of companies claim high quality and best quality, but here's how we provide you with UNRIVALED QUALITY.
Our third-party lab testing protocol, designed for each one of the hundred+ ingredients that we source, is UNRIVALED.
How so?
A mediocre company will run the standard toxins and heavy metals test. This is average bare minimum D+ or C- type work. They don't share the results.
An UNRIVALED COMPANY (like Natural Stacks) tests for toxins, heavy metals PLUS ingredient identity and potency. Then we publish the results.
Less than 1% of all supplement companies perform identity and potency testing.
Here is the test for SEROTONIN BRAIN FOOD.
Intertek is one of the most respected independent labs in the country.
You can be 100% confident that each Natural Stacks supplement is of unrivaled quality and the active ingredients are well... active.

The Award Winning Begins...

I wasn't kidding when I said Serotonin Brain Food is the first supplement of its kind.

Natural Stacks recently won the Break Through To Excellence award for the Most Innovative Company from Pharmaca Integrated Pharmacies, one of our retail partners.
Yes, Serotonin Brain Food works so well that the best retailers in the natural health world are picking up the product!

We were so proud to accept this award!
