Martin Jacobson, Poker Pro, Winner of the 2014 World Series of Poker

1. Tell me about about yourself - who you are and what you do.

Swedish Professional Poker Player since 2008. 2014 World Champion. Former Chef. Now living in London.

2. What drives you to be the best in your field?

My passion and love for the game. Also the competitiveness and ability to create my own luck by working harder than my opponents.

3. What do your morning routine look like?

Each morning start with a big cup of coffee mixed with grass fed butter and coconut oil followed by some light cardio or yoga.

4. What kind of supplement routine do you follow, and which Natural Stacks products are your favorites?

I take Vitamin D3, Krill Oil and Magtech daily. Those are my favourites because I know how crucial they are in order to keep my body healthy. I take CILTEP every morning of the days I play or require extra focus. One serving of Biocreatine an hour before each workout and BCAA both pre and post my workouts. On the days I've been working extra hard I also make a shake with NS grass fed Whey. I love how they use superfoods as flavouring rather than some artificial BS.

5. If you could give Natural Stacks readers one piece of advice about supplementation, what would it be?

Everyone's body and mind are different so Try what works for You and Your body. Don't get fooled by clever marketing and be careful because there are a lot of sketchy supplementation brands out there which ingredients might not be clear and could potentially result in some unwanted side effects. This is why Natural Stacks products appealed to me in the first place. 100% natural listed ingredients and a money back guarantee if you're not satisfied.

Dave Asprey, The Bulletproof Executive

"I am seriously impressed with CILTEP. CILTEP has earned a place alongside world-class smart drugs like piracetam, gingko, and choline. It works synergistically with them to help you do – and be – more."

AQ Shipley, Offensive Lineman for the Baltimore Ravens

"I have been taking Natural Stacks products for a few weeks now and already notice a huge difference.  I feel more awake with more energy and also more alert on a continual consistent basis every day at practice and meetings.  I also feel extremely well rested when I wake up which I used to always feel groggy.  I have never felt better than I do now!"

Nick "Magnus" Aldis, TNA Wrestling Heavyweight World Champion

1. Tell me about about yourself - who you are and what you do.

I'm a pro wrestler first and foremost. I started when I was 17 and have been a full time pro since I was 19. I started in the UK, where I was born and raised. My major break in terms of public profile was being cast on a TV show at 21 years old. The show was Gladiators, The British version of the NBC show American Gladiators. As "Oblivion" I gained a good public profile and used the show to accelerate my wrestling career, catching the eye of TNA Wrestling out of Nashville, TN. I signed with the company in late 2008 and debuted in Jan 2009. As a wrestler, I have performed all over the world including North America, Mexico, Japan and all over Europe. I have held the IWGP, GHC and TNA World Tag Team championships and in December 2013 I won the TNA World Heavyweight Title, the first British Wrestler to ever hold a major World Title. I have done some TV hosting, as the host of The UK's Strongest Man for 2 seasons on Challenge in the UK. As an actor I have had some small screen roles as well as stage roles in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Aladdin at the Theatre Royal in Norwich, in which I played the Genie. As a writer, I have had a monthly column in FSM Magazine, the UK's number 1 Wrestling and MMA magazine for over 6 years. I recently signed a publishing deal for my first fitness book, The Superstar Body, which I'm currently working on for a spring release.

2. What drives you to be the best in your field?

That's an expansive question, and I don't know if there is one definitive answer, but I think I have always had the power of imagination and visualization. Ever since I was a child, I envisioned being revered and successful, and I have just always demanded more of myself.

3. What do your morning routine look like?

My morning routine is somewhat different these days with the addition of my son, Donovan who is now 4 months old. Typically, I get up with him about 6 or 7am. I put coffee on, and then make a juice with fruit and fresh vegetables, I like to start the day clean, and I find juicing invigorates my body and helps my digestion. Then I handle emails, and usually write early in the morning, when I am fresh and my mind isn't clogged with a day of stimulation. But obviously that depends on Donovan! Then it's breakfast, errands and planning my workout.

4. What kind of supplement routine do you follow, and which Natural Stacks products are your favorites?

My supplemtns routine varies but my constants are creatine, aminos, vitamins and minerals and high-BV protein. I use others, but those are my regulars. My favorite Natural Stacks products are CILTEP, BioCreatine, BCAAs and the Smart Caffeine, which I often take with a B vitamin complex.

5. If you could give Natural Stacks readers one piece of advice about supplementation, what would it be?

My main piece of advice to Natural Stacks readers would be to remember the definition of the word 'Supplement'. Don't negate the importance of good diet and try to achieve as much of your macros and micros from whole food sources, then use products like Natural Stacks to SUPPLEMENT and get the additional benefits.

Mike David, Podcast Host Redbar Radio

“I’ve been doing talk radio for 10 years now, and after thousands of hours on the air, you can really start noticing the subtle differences between the type of mood you need to be in to do a good show. After using Magtech and BioCreatine daily over the last 2-3 months, I can honestly say that I think it’s contributing to a new-found “sharpness" and overall mental clarity. I’m constantly experimenting with things that’ll help my brain fire quicker, and nothing I’ve tried over the last two years has been as consistent as the stuff I’ve been using from Natural Stacks.”

Sam Shaw, Professional TNA Wrestler and Artist

1. Tell me about about yourself - who you are and what you do.

Somedays I am an actor performing my own stunts while telling dramatic, soap opera-like stories in a 6-sided ring. Other days, I draw and paint dramatic stories on paper with pens & pencils. I would say I am am Artist.

2. What drives you to be the best in your field?

Honestly, I've learned that being the best in my field is not something I should strive for. I am my own harshest critic. I go in to work and strive to be the best Samuel Shaw that I can be. I pride myself on trying to be different and standing out. Maybe that's me trying to be the best in my field?

3. What do your morning routine look like?

Upgraded coffee, usually black coffee. I will take Natural Stacks Vitamin D3, Krill oil, and aminos. Usually head to the gym. Cardio and heavy weights. Post-workout Natural Stacks protein shake (I like chocolate). The remainder of the day I usually have an art project or freelance work to complete and I will drink Bulletproof coffee with butter and MCT oil. Other days, same morning routine, then it's a flight to a different city for Impact Wrestling.

4. What kind of supplement routine do you follow, and which Natural Stacks products are your favorites?

My favorites are Vitamin D3, Krill, Aminos, Chocolate protein (whey + collagen). Bulletproof supplies me with GABAWAVE which is an amazing focus and sleep-aid. I take Ciltep before wrestling matches or before long drawing sessions. I am big on nootropics and think that they help me immensely. Bio-hacking and making my brain work better each and everyday has become a huge part of my life.

5. If you could give Natural Stacks readers one piece of advice about supplementation, what would it be?

Do your research. Learn about ingredients and how to read labels. If there is a supplement that has a very lengthy list of ingredients that you can't pronounce, it's probably not something you should put in your body. Record your results. Take note of progress, and take note if it's not doing anything for you.

Brittney Leeb, Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer

1. Tell me about about yourself - who you are and what you do.

I am a nutritional and lifestyle coach who enforces the idea that having a healthy diet does not mean living a restricted life. I help people set and achieve long-term personal fitness/health goals that will lead to an improved overall well-being. There's no generic lifestyle/meal plan out there that works for everybody - everyone is different and I deal all of my clients differently.

2. What drives you to be the best in your field?

I am a ball of energy and love nothing more than to motivate and inspire everyone around me. Being a lifestyle coach is the most rewarding job there is. Every time I receive a text message, call, instagram/facebook post about how happy one of my clients is about their progress and how they are still enjoying the food they love it brings tears to my eyes. No matter the challenge from the client - I am always willing to take them on. I've helped numerous people get off medications they have been on for years just by altering their intake.

3. What do your morning routine look like?

Hmmm, my morning routine is far less superior to my afternoon routine. During the week, I wake up around 6:30, get ready and head to my full-time office job at 8am. I am an intermittent faster, meaning I do not eat my first meal until noon. Prior to breakfast I make sure to take 1 servings of Natural Stacks BCAAs at 8am, and another serving at 10am with 3L of water. I take my Juice Plus+ vitamins and eat my first meal at 12pm which lately has been a BBQ chicken (5oz) sandwich on 2 slices of Ezekiel bread, with roasted root vegetables, broccoli and unsweetened rice pudding for dessert. After work (5pm) I head straight to the gym and have a Natural Stacks protein shake with almond milk or a Quest protein bar for a pre-workout. I typically do an isolated lift for 1 hour with a lot of super-setting heavy weight with light weight, 4 sets of 10, and do 15 minutes of cardio with 15 minutes of stretching.

4. What kind of supplement routine do you follow, and which Natural Stacks products are your favorites?

8am (with 1.5L)  - BCAA's

10am (with 1.5L) - BCAA's

5pm (prewokrout) - 2 Ciltep + 2 Smart Caffeine + 4 Biocreatine + 2 Vitamin D3

8pm (post workout/dinner) - Protein Pancakes made by blending the following ingredients:

 1 scoop of Natural stacks

 1 egg

1/4c flour (preferrs oat or all-purpose)

 15 drops of sweetleaf stevia

 2T cottage cheese

2T peanut flour or almond flour

 1/2 tsp baking powder

 1/4c almond milk

topped with nut butter or 1oz of chocolate chips etc

5. If you could give Natural Stacks readers one piece of advice about supplementation, what would it be?

I would say BCAA's is CRUCIAL during periods of time without food - no other supplement has proven a difference the way BCAAs do. They help repair muscles that were worked the day before and preserve muscle mass during times of fasting so that our body resorts to fat or stored energy for fuel instead of muscles.

Josh Binstock, Olympic Volleyball Player and Chiropractor

"I've played two world tour events since I started taking Natural Stacks Products and they have been the best two results of my career, with a Gold and Silver medal in consecutive weeks. Canada has not had a team win a gold medal at a world tour event in 18 years and I feel that using a combination of Natural Stacks products, definitely contributed to my career best performances."

Ricardo Castaneda

1. Tell me about about yourself - who you are and what you do.

My name is Ricardo Castaneda, I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt and graduate student pursuing a Masters in Psychological Research.  I spend most of my time training and teaching Jiu-Jitsu. I am an avid competitor and spend my days on a quest for knowledge, aiming to learn more about myself everyday.

2. What drives you to be the best in your field?

I am driven to be the best I can be because the pursuit of mastery is what makes me happy. I love the process of training and competition. I love and appreciate the good just as I love and appreciate the bad. I learn something about myself everyday and the knowledge I acquire after every training session, competition and achievement or failure is so incredibly valuable to my development as a human being and living a fulfilled life.

3. What do your morning routine look like?

Because of graduate school, I tend to keep very busy. In order to achieve my goals and balance in all areas of my life, I start my days very early. I’m up between 5:30 and 6:30 most mornings and average about 4 hours of mat time every day— I take one day off to help me restore balance. I start my days everyday with a lot of coffee and BioCreatine adding in some Ciltep on mornings where I know I’ll have to be incredibly focused throughout the day.During my afternoons, I am working on my course work for graduate school and I use my evenings to focus on my personal life.

4. What kind of supplement routine do you follow, and which Natural Stacks products are your favorites?

Every morning I take BioCreatine and chase it with about a gallon of coffee –Maybe an exaggeration J.  I love BioCreatine because in addition to getting me through tough training sessions, it also gives me a lot of mental endurance. I notice when I take it regularly, I don’t experience the usual mental fatigue that accompanies long, frequent training sessions. If I haven’t taken Ciltep already, I will take some right before I move on to my graduate study and I take Krill Oil with my breakfast (I Intermittently fast kind of by accident so I don’t eat until about lunch time).  I take BCAAs before a few designated really tough training sessions and I always take the grass-fed whey afterward. I take MagTech every night and sleep like a baby most nights.

5. If you could give Natural Stacks readers one piece of advice about supplementation, what would it be?

My biggest piece of advice for readers is to please do your research and always know what you are putting into your bodies. What goes into your body is much more important than people realize and I think we take diet and nutrition for granted.

Sam Whitfield

1. Tell me about about yourself - who you are and what you do.

I used to be a full time triathlete with a focus on the Olympic Games. Now, I'm a dad, aspiring Waterman (rookie), indoor soccer player with no left foot and business owner. It's busy and I love it.

2. What drives you to be the best in your field?

Being inquisitive. I love learning, finding puzzles and fixing them, whether it's sport, business, parenting or adventure.

3. What do your morning routine look like?

I am up early, 12mins of Yoga listening to whatever my latest favourite album is, Hidden Orchestra this am. Chia soaked over night in either Almond milk or Whole fat milk with berries and greek yogurt, with my kids it's usually PanCeggs. Our special receipe with Chia soaked over night in milk, 4 eggs, buckwheat flour, coconut oil and a butter. 3 times a week I have a butter coffee with 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, Mct Oil, 1 scoop of Natural Stacks protein powder (this made a huge difference to my weight last summer when I added the Whey). I have three Ciltep capsules before I eat along with D3 and ButterOil/Fermented Cod liver oil blend.

4. What kind of supplement routine do you follow, and which Natural Stacks products are your favorites?

Im a huge fan of the Whey blend, the flavour is just right and I was very surprised by the noticeable difference it made to morning routine when I added it to my coffee blend. I also take the Magtech supplement, the Ciltep when I feel focus is needed and eventually I would like to use the Creatine once I understand the protocol and benefits more.

5. If you could give Natural Stacks readers one piece of advice about supplementation, what would it be?

find a routine, stick to it but take days off as part of the routine to change it up and force your body to adapt while still enjoying the benefits of high quality thoroughly researched supplementation. I wish NS was around when I was racing!!!

Sean McCormick

1. Tell me about about yourself - who you are and what you do.

I'm a Seattle-based entrepreneur and owner of float seattle and float bellevue, two world-class floatation tank centers. I'm all about making people more awesome. My tools of trade are floating combined with various bio-hacking techniques, supplementation, breath-work and visualization to help people reach their potential.

2. What drives you to be the best in your field?

I'm driven by humanity's need for an antidote for our over-stimulated modern lives. People are looking for ways decrease pain, recover, and find an easy way to meditate...and I want to help them. We all need more balance, and I know that floating is the most effective way for people tap into what makes them unique and dynamic. Helping pro athletes, entrepreneurs, folks in pain and everyone else get into a flow-state is what drives me.

3. What do your morning routine look like?

I wake up at 6, set my intention for the day, dry brush my body, scalp massage, tongue scrape. Then, a cup of fatty coffee before my supplement stack which usually involves Ciltep, D3, krill oil, bio creatine - all washed down with a sole (soh-lay,) of himalayan salt water. I fast everyday & only eat between the hours of 230-7. I play and read with my 2 year old son Reza till 10, then I start my work day from 10-2. Whoa, looking at it...it's kind of a lot going on...sweet.

4. What kind of supplement routine do you follow, and which Natural Stacks products are your favorites?

My favorite Natural Stacks products are Ciltep, D3, Krill Oil, Bio Creatine and Whey and Collagen Protien.

5. If you could give Natural Stacks readers one piece of advice about supplementation and/or floating, what would it be?

I would say experiment with different things till you find what works for you. Any combination of supplements, exercises, diet, meditation and floating may be right for you...and get you operating at your most productive, most present, most balanced state of being. Maybe floating in the morning with Ciltep helps you get your mind right, maybe its fasting and floating at night, maybe its kale shakes and kettle-bells...or maybe its all of the above. But you have to experiment.
